Tony is a physicist who has been working in the field of photometry and radiometry for over 25 years. He is Managing Director of the Australian Photometry and Radiometry Laboratory, an ISO 17025 accredited calibration and testing laboratory and consultancy based in Melbourne, and Technical Director of Photometric Solutions International, an Australian company which designs and manufactures testing and measurement equipment.
Tony is Vice-President Technical of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) and past-President of CIE Australia. He is chair of two CIE Technical Committees and has been a co-author of over 20 CIE publications. Tony is also President of the Metrology Society of Australasia; serves on three Standards Australia committees; and is on NATA’s Calibration Accreditation Advisory Committee.
