- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Michel SLIWA is a CNRS Research Director in France and head of the Dynamics, Nanoscopy, and Chemometrics team at Lille University (https://lasir.cnrs.fr/dynachem/). He is also a member of the Dynamics of Biomolecules group at Institut Polytechnique de Paris (https://lob.ip-paris.fr/en/research/dynamics-biomolecules). His research focuses on the ultrafast and multiscale dynamics of photo-switchable (bio-)materials and proteins. His achievements include more than 130 articles and oral communications, as well as numerous nationally and internationally funded projects. He was awarded the CNRS Bronze Medal (2013), the Recognized Work in Chemistry award (2015), and was named a Distinguished Junior Member of the French Chemistry Society (2018). He is also an active member of the Nano-Synergetics International Associated Laboratory (LIA) with Japan (https://www.nanosynergetics.cnrs.fr/), where he has served as deputy director since 2018. Additionally, he serves on several boards of societies, including as a board member and Vice President of the French Photobiology Society (http://www.photobiologie-france.fr/).
